1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or buying the Soil Senses Starter Kit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the purchase of hardware kits and the navigation of our online properties.
2. Offline Operations
The Soil Senses kit operates fully offline. It contains no wireless transmitters (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and does not interface with cellular networks. Consequently, the user is solely responsible for:
- Placing the physical sensor probe inside fertile soil.
- Submerging the micro pump inside a stable water reservoir (such as a carafe or vase).
- Ensuring the controller unit is connected to a stable 5V USB power source.
3. Purchase and Payments
All payments are securely handled via the Razorpay API Standard SDK. Soil Senses does not store your credit card or payment credential information. The current price of the Starter Kit is ₹2,249 (inclusive of taxes within India).
4. Intellectual Property
All website content, drawings, logos, circuit descriptions, and industrial design models of the Soil Senses kit are the intellectual property of Soil Senses Labs. Reproduction or modification of our design elements without explicit written authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
While the Soil Senses kit is built with high-quality relays and soil probes, the kit is an offline micro-irrigation controller. We are not liable for plant decay, water damage, or electrical failures arising from improper assembly, neglected reservoirs, or incorrect calibration choices made by the user.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
