Soil Senses was founded in Mumbai, Maharashtra, by plant lovers who were tired of returning from work trips to dry, withered leaves. Existing smart watering systems required complicated home Wi-Fi setups, dedicated cloud registrations, battery-draining apps, and monthly server subscriptions. If the home router crashed, the plants died.
We designed Soil Senses with a different philosophy: Offline Resilience.
By executing logical irrigation algorithms directly inside a self-contained, offline controller board, our system monitors and waters your plants indefinitely without needing a network connection. It is simple, dependable, offline technology that blends naturally with your modern home decor.
Shipping Policy
We work with leading logistics services to deliver Soil Senses starter kits securely to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing
Because each Soil Senses kit is carefully calibrated and packed from our lab, orders are processed and handed to courier services within 1 to 2 business days of payment verification.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free express shipping across all states in India for our starter kits during this launch phase.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, shipments usually arrive within the following windows:
- Metro Areas (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India / Regional Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
4. Order Tracking
A shipping verification email containing your tracking link and carrier details will be sent immediately upon courier handoff. You can trace your shipment's journey in real-time.
5. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address post-checkout, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@soilsenses.com. We are unable to reroute shipments after dispatch.
