1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your Soil Senses preorder within 24 hours of purchase, provided the kit has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel, please email us with your Payment ID at support@soilsenses.com. Once approved, the full purchase amount will be credited back to your original payment card.
2. 7-Day Returns Policy
If you change your mind, you can return your Soil Senses starter kit within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The kit must be unused, unmounted, and in the original packaging.
- All components (offline controller box, moisture sensor probe, micro pump, and cabling accessories) must be returned intact.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to our lab in Mumbai.
3. Refunds Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned kit, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns: Refunds are processed automatically to your credit card or original payment method via Razorpay.
- Timeline: Credits typically appear on bank statements within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing delays.
4. Replacement of Damaged/Defective Goods
We replace units if they arrive damaged or fail under normal offline home usage. If your moisture probe or water pump exhibits issues within the warranty period, please email support with video proof and your transaction code. We will ship a replacement component free of charge.
5. One-Year Warranty
All Soil Senses starter kits come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects on the internal relay mechanisms, motherboard wiring, moisture probes, and pumps. This warranty does not cover damages caused by immersion of the controller box in water, inputting excess voltage, or drop damage.
